Although our team has grown substantially over the past 10 years we have retained a highly personal and approachable interface with our clients.
There are no call centres at Working Health Solutions. You will always be able to maintain contact with the member of our clinical team who you are familiar with. This means your queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
When we start working together you will be nominated a Contract Manager and a Clinical Lead. The Contract Manager is responsible for dealing with all aspects of service delivery. The Clinical Lead is responsible for ensuring that any requests for advice are responded to in a prompt, pragmatic and comprehensive manner. You will find our clinicians approachable and plain speaking, avoiding the use of unnecessary jargon.
We will agree with you the management information that best supports your business needs and which allows you to monitor the delivery of the service you are receiving and gauge its value. Quarterly meetings allow you to discuss the service objectives, key performance indicators and to agree any changes to the service specification.
